Fees £40 per hour session.

Mindfulness Coaching
Mindfulness based stress reduction/cognitive therapy to help you improve your quality of life and knowledge and practice of mindfulness. Either individually or in small group setting.
Performance Coaching
Help with performance issues such as fear of failure, self doubt and performance anxiety. Use of Mindfulness philosophies and strategies to help manage mind and body so as to improve performance. Also use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thinking. You will learn to improve your ability to focus on aspects of your experience that will enhance your level of performance, to be able to let go of the outcome of your actions and be able to mindfully learn from your actions that don’t work out as you would like.
Individual coaching sessions last one hour at £40 per session. Group sessions by arrangement.
Supervision
For Counsellors and Psychotherapists particularly with interest in working with Mindfulness.
